Here are the instructions:

1. Cut out the decals by carefully trimming as close as possible 

to the image

2. Peel away the liner that is covering the adhesive sheet and 

apply the sticky side to a clean, dry surface.

3. Using a craft stick or coin, rub the decal until it is completely 

adhered.
4. Carefully peel away the frosted film liner to reveal your RUB ON

The ring is made of base metal. It’s adjustable so it will fit 

almost anyone on any finger. Don't worry about poking your 

finger. I enclosed a little impenetrable barrier in the base of

the pincushion to protect your finger. It's stuffed with polyester 

fiber-fil, not emery.
